I'm a long term Dallas, Texas resident and provide commercial brokerage and consulting services mostly in the "East of Central" and infill markets. I also invest in residential real estate in select markets.
I represent residential buyers and sellers in the same areas.
I joined up with Thomson Realty Group in May 2009 to assemble and broker urban renewal projects and transactions and would still be there, if it weren't for entrepreneurial wanderlust.
In June 2006, I joined Prescott Realty Group to identify and assemble commercial properties for redevelopment and became a team member for the Lake Highlands Town Center project, a 70 acre mixed use development. We successfully negotiated with commercial property owners to create the Skillman Corridor Public Improvement District, assembled focus groups to gather strategic planning intelligence and organized groundbreaking and other PR events.
I've served as president of the Lake Highlands Area Improvement Association, a non-profit alliance focused on economic development and am very honored to have actively participated on both the District 10 Strategic Plan and the forwardDallas! Community Advisory Committees. It was those volunteer efforts that introduced me to a number of very successful and helpful commercial real estate professionals.
I am a Realtor member of NTCAR, TAR, NAR, & Metrotex MLS.
My alma mater is Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
