I wasn't born in Dallas, but as they say, I got here as soon as I could.  

I am a native Texan!  

2024 is proving to be another interesting year in Texas Real Estate.

 My favorite residential neighborhoods are Casa Linda Estates, Casa View Estates,  Lake Highlands, along with Big & Little Forest Hills.  Commercially, I like Garland Road, Deep Ellum and the whole Downtown drag along Main & Commerce, & south of Industrial or Riverfront, as it is being relabeled.   But, I go everywhere!


Vision, risk management and construction expertise improve real estate transactions, and we have all three, and more!  I especially enjoy working in the northeast Dallas markets and am a natural "go to broker" for projects in that area.
